MEETINGS
FCAE always advocates for our Education Team, students, parents, and community at WS/FCS Board and County Commissioner meetings. Our Mass Meetings every 3rd Wednesday of the month are engaging, informative, and open to all. Childcare and food are provided! Be sure to follow us on Facebook for updated flyers and registration links every month!
FIRST FRIDAYS
The first Friday of every month FCAE plans an event for members and non-members alike to gather, socialize, and relax in a fun way! The event starts at 4:00pm and the first round of appetizers are on FACE! Check the events calendar for more information about the dates and locations of the event each month. We hope to see you there!
PAST EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
NCAE 55th ANNUAL CONVENTION RA
FCAE delegates attended the NCAE Annual Convention RA in Raleigh, NC on March 15th - 16th, 2025. They were a part of the voting delegation that helped decide the future work and stance of the Union on a variety of topics and new business items.

FCAE also brought home with them the coveted GSPF Sustainers Cup!

We look forward to sending delegates to the 2026 convention RA taking place in Greenville, NC!
SCHOOLS VOTE TOGETHER
On November 2nd, 2024, FCAE members gathered with the community to march to the polls at Clemmons Library. Before the march, State Superintendent Mo Green, NCAE president Tamika Walker Kelly, and other speakers fired up the crowd with speeches about how critical the 2024 election would be to the future of public education.
CANVASSING FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION
FCAE members (active and retired) got out and knocked doors, talking to folks about why it was so important to get out and vote for public education in November!
